Fairly clean hotel in a nice building just off the beach and restaurants, downtown area which is also pet friendly. Helpful and decent staff and management. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Early check-in, parking on site.

The location was magnificent and comfy, close enough to Amelia Island, parks and beach. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Location so close to all the historic landmarks, the beach and several restaurants, and the basketball court. Honestly no complaints.

hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and provides all the necessary equipment for sunbathing, umbrellas, sunbeds, etc. you can rent umbrellas, sunbeds, breakfast is very good. a car is also available for transport. if you don't feel like going to the beach, you can also use the beach volleyball field at the hotel or the tennis court and beautiful pool. breakfast is very good, it was the best on our three-week trip.

in addition to the room rate, resort fee is charged per stay, regardless of whether you wish to use the services offered, such as golf, drinks by the pool, etc. on top of that we had to pay the fee for our spontaneous extra night one more time.

We loved our clean and newly renovated rooms with a sofa bed, plus the staff was super friendly.

Comfortable rooms with big TVs and double beds, just like they said. The bar was nice too. The breakfast was hot and tasty, with a good variety of snacks and drinks in the lounge 😋. a pleasant stay.

breakfast was good, coffee very good and always available, free bike rental super, trolley with sunshade and chairs ideal to drive to the 300 m wide beach, pool area also good.

we arrived at 17 o'clock and received only at 19 o'clock - despite a pre-booking, our room might not have enough staff? on our 18 day round trip we normally always had our room within 10 minutes.
